Attorneys Patrick M. Regan and Paul Cornoni recently obtained a verdict of $4.1 million for a patron of a D.C. nightclub who was attacked and severely beaten as he exited the nightclub.  Testimony at trial indicated that the nightclub refused to provide security guards for patrons exiting the nightclub, even though the nightclub knew of numerous assaults on patrons and others that took place immediately outside the doors of the nightclub.  The verdict was published in a recent edition of MetroVerdicts Monthly.
